What makes the Metropolitan Wingback Lines Bed Frame unique compared to other bed frames?

The Metropolitan Wingback Lines Bed Frame stands out with its striking wingback headboard featuring bold, vertical lines inspired by city skylines. Handcrafted in Yorkshire, it blends urban style with luxury upholstery—using premium fabrics you can customise. Plus, the built-in gas-lift ottoman storage gives you loads of hidden space to keep your bedroom tidy. It’s exclusive to UK Beds Direct, so you won't find this bespoke combination of design and practicality elsewhere.

Can I choose the fabric and colour for my bed frame?

Absolutely! The Metropolitan Wingback Lines Bed Frame is all about customisation. Choose from a wide range of high-quality fabrics and on-trend colours to perfectly match your style and décor. Whether you love a bold statement or something more subtle, you’ll be able to personalise your bed to make it totally unique to you.

How much storage space does the gas-lift ottoman base offer?

The integrated gas-lift ottoman storage provides generous underbed space—ideal for storing bedding, clothes, or anything you want out of sight. The gas-lift mechanism is easy to use and safely lifts the mattress platform to reveal a full-size, sturdy storage compartment. The exact storage volume varies by bed size, but even the Single offers ample room, with even more in the King and Super King sizes.

What sizes are available and will my mattress fit?

The Metropolitan Wingback Lines Bed Frame is available in all standard UK sizes: Single, Small Double, Double, King, and Super King. If you already have a UK-standard mattress, it will fit perfectly. Just select your preferred size at checkout, and you’re good to go!

Is assembly difficult? How is delivery handled?

We’ve designed this bed frame for straightforward assembly, with clear instructions and all parts included. Most customers find it easy with two people, and our support team is always on hand if you need help. We offer fast and reliable UK delivery straight from our Yorkshire workshop, so you can enjoy your new bed frame in no time.
