We are very pleased with our bed. I was worried colour wouldn’t suit but it’s worked out well. I can commend customer service for ease of contact and clear communication. We had plenty of queries and were satisfied with their suggestions and insight on what would work for us. We were deciding between what type of storage vs compromising on the height of the bed we were after as well. Delivery was smooth. They would give you a time frame and ring you with an ETA on the day of delivery. All in all, it turned out better than expected. Very pleased with the design. Definitely would recommend

Utterly Fabulous 👌 Following a great deal of High Street and online research we opted to buy our bedframe from UK Beds Direct. We ordered online (a simple & easy process) a King Size, Mirador Ambassador Bed Frame UK in Ivory Teddy with matching buttons. With 54" tall headboard and non storage, solid base. Email confirmation arrived promptly explaining delivery would be in 7-10 working days. However, being eager and within the timeframe, we couldn't resist making contact for an update. We received an email response providing a delivery date and informed we would be updated with a time slot the night before, which we did. In this update we were informed the driver would call us on the day, which he did. The delivery van, was a plain, unsigned van, a little dirty looking. The two delivery men were lovely, we mainly engaged with the younger man, who was very helpful, polite and friendly. He carried each piece to our door and placed them carefully in the hallway. He actually helped place one piece into the room. The delivery process went smoothly. It didn't take two of us long to assemble the bedframe. We were extremely impressed with the quality of the workmanship. The bedframe is well made, strong and sturdy. The material is fabulous. We are super happy with a purchase, so glad we decided to buy from here. We would totally recommend buying from here and we would certainly buy from here in the future. The one thing we are disappointed with, we wish we had ordered a mattress and matching ottoman box. Absolutely perfect 👌

They called to warn me that the size of the headboard may not go up the stairs in one piece so it would be better to have it made in two pieces. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We purchased the Grand Evelyn ottoman bed with the 2000 spring mattress. The bed itself is exactly how the picture looks on their website and the mattress is very comfy! I was kept up to date as the bed and mattress was being made and they EVEN delivered early because we were going away.
